By 2027, 70% of children read proficiently at the end of third gradeKameron is a participant in “Rockets & Rovers,” an after school program that integrates creativity and the arts with science, technology, and math. This collaboration between LearningWorks and Side X Side is funded by UWGP’s Brick & Beam Society.

EMPOWERING NEIGHBORS TO THRIVE - NOT JUST SURVIVE
By 2027, 70% of households pay less than 30% of their income on housingAfter moving from war-torn Angola, Nsevilo “Helen” Shabani was connected with The Opportunity Alliance’s Project WIN (Women In Neighborhoods), a two-generation strategy, supported by UWGP’s Women United, designed to create a pathway out of poverty.

By 2027, reduce preventable premature deaths by 10%Through Project BRACEs, MaineHealth and Maine Medical Partners providers like Dr. DiGiovanni are screening and identifying patients for trauma. 69% of children that were identified to have post-traumatic stress symptoms were connected to a behavioral health clinician.
