Home Buyer Education Classes

Home Buyer Education Classes provide information about homeownership and prepare individuals and families for the steps in the home-buying process. Participants earn a Certificate of Completion, a requirement for loans by some lenders. Classes are available in-person or online, and each participant will be guided through the next steps toward homeownership by one of our experienced housing counselors.

Last year, 156 individuals and families who participated in the Homebuyer Education Class went on to purchase a home.
